We build lessons where you assemble a real AI system one part at a time, and work out each number yourself before you move on.
What you do here
Build it, step by step.
Each lesson puts a real system on the bench: a tokenizer, an attention head, a RAG pipeline, an inference server, a video pipeline. Every step adds one component and asks one question. The next step unlocks when you answer it.
How we keep it honest
Real math, stated limits.
The numbers come from tested models of each system, and one step in every lesson runs your own Python in the browser. Where a value is an example rather than a measurement, the lesson says so and links its sources.

Students to engineers.
No setup and no account needed to start. Sign in to keep your progress, or use a class code so an educator can see which ideas need another pass.
